Now in it's 4th year, the Sunrise Ceremony takes place on National Native American HIV Awareness Day and the Spring Solstice. This ceremony pays tribute to those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS and welcomes the coming of brighter days and new beginnings. This annual event was sponsored by NAAP, API Wellness, The Native American Health Center and Bay Area American Indian Two Spirits.
