3rd Annual Two-Spirit Wellness Gathering

The Two Spirit Wellness Gathering is a place for Two Spirit Native Americans, First Nations and Indigenous Peoples to celebrate each other, learn from each other, and have a unique space during San Francisco Pride Week. There will be drumming by the NAAP Singers, poetry performances, panels, speakers, short films, and cultural entertainment all wrapped into one day!

Friday June 25th, from 10 am to 4 pm.

  • GAI -- Gay American Indians (Thursday, June 24th)
  • 3rd Annual Two Spirit Wellness (Friday, June 25th)
  • TransMarch (Friday, June 25th)
  • The Brush Arbor Gurlz (Friday, June 25th)
  • 18th Annual SF Dyke March (Saturday, June 26th)
  • Native Pride Booth (Saturday, June 26th)
  • 40th Annual SF Pride March (Sunday, June 27th)
  • Native Pride Booth (Sunday, June 27th)

Come join the Native American AIDS Project as we walk towards a cure at this year's SF AIDS Walk. All donations/funds raised by our walkers this year will be matched by the SF AIDS Foundation Community Partnership Program! So come help raise funds and walk with us towards a cure this July, 18th. Even if you can't make the walk, show support and donate towards our goal of $5,000.

Hand Drum Class

Come learn how to make your own hand drum at NAAP, Tuesdays from 5-7 pm starting June 8th, 2010. This 6 week workshop, led by community member Robert LeRoy, was made possible by the generous funding of the San Francisco Arts Commission.
